Package Specific Terms and Conditions

• A minimum stay of 1 night is required for this offer.
• This offer is valid for bookings and stays from now until 31 December 2022.
• Flexible check-in applies for guests who have indicated their arrival time at the point of booking.
• Flexible check-out is based on a 24-hour rolling forecast (eg: if check-in is at 7am, check-out will be at 7am on the last day of stay)
• Additional fees will be incurred if guests prefer to extend their check-out time.
• Blackout dates apply.
• This offer cannot be combined with other offers and promotions.

General Terms and Conditions

• Rates are quoted in US Dollar (USD) and per room per night
• Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 11% government tax
• Check-in time is 1500 hours and Check-out time is 1200 hours
• Late check out after 1200 hours - 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day and subject to availability
• Late check out after 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day and subject to availability
• In the event of no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for entire stay shall be chargeable
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies
• Reservations will be cancelled at the resort's discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted
• Extra person charge with bedding kit is USD40.00 per person per night, subject to 10% Service Charge and 11% Government Tax
• As per Indonesian government regulations, payments have to be made in
• Indonesian Rupiahs either in cash or credit card.
• No pets are allowed

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellations up to 24 hours prior to arrival. 100% of confirmed accommodation charges will be made thereafter.
