Package Specific Terms and Conditions

Banyan Tree Gift Card Added Value Promo is valid for one year from the desired date of delivery as provided by the purchaser. The expiry date is also stated on the confirmation email/e-Gift Card. Upon expiry, e-Gift Cards will be deactivated and all unused value will be forfeited.

Banyan Tree e-Gift Cards can only be redeemed at the hotel purchased shown on the e-Gift Card.

Banyan Tree e-Gift Cards are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the recipient indicated on the e-Gift Card at the time of purchase.

Banyan Tree e-Gift Cards may be combined with other forms of payment. Charges in excess of the e-Gift Card's stored value may be settled with cash or major credit card. The e-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in whole, and have no value unless redeemed.

Advance reservations are required. Redemption is subject to participating resorts, spas and retail outlets availability.

Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts has the right to reject any expired e-Gift Card and charge in full should you wish to keep the reservation or appointment.

Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.

General Terms and Conditions

Rates are quoted in US Dollar (USD) and per room per night

Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 11% government tax

Check-in time is 1500 hours and Check-out time is 1200 hours

Late check out after 1200 hours - 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day and subject to availability

Late check out after 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day and subject to availability

In the event of no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for entire stay shall be chargeable

Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies

Reservations will be cancelled at the resort's discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted

Extra person charge with bedding kit is USD 40.00 per person per night, subject to 10% Service Charge and 11% Government Tax

As per Indonesian government regulations, payments have to be made in Indonesian Rupiahs either in cash or credit card.
