For all guests from China booking in any of our properties from 29 January and 29 February 2020, we will extend a waiver on cancellation and amendment fees. Each individual hotel may make necessary adjustments as advised by local authorities from time to time.

General Terms and Conditions

• Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) on a per room per night basis
• Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge, 7% Government Tax and 1% Provincial Tax
• Check-in time is 1500 hours and Check-out time is 1200 hours
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability
• Late check-out from 1200 hours to 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day
• Late check-out after 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day
• In the event of an early departure, the total amount of the confirmed entire stay shall be charged
• In the event of a no show the total amount shall be charged according to the cancellation terms of the reservation
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies
• Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted
• Extra person charge is THB 1000+++ per person per night inclusive of rollaway bed and breakfast
• No pets are allowed
