General Terms & Conditions

• Rates are quoted in Thai Baht on per room per night basis
• This offer is available for One Bedroom Types only
• The stay period starts on 21 May 2023 onwards
• The minimum length of stay is 2 nights
• All reservation must be pre-paid with credit cards
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies
• Please note that the following blackout dates apply; 10 & 11 June 2023, 1-5 October 2023, 20 November 2023, 25-31 December 2023, 1 – 10 January 2024, 9-12 February 2024, 12 – 15 April 2024, 9 – 11 June 2024, 1-5 October 2024, 20 November 2024, 25-31 December 2024, 1-10 January 2025
• Check-in time is 15.00 hours and check-out time is 12.00 hours
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability
• Late check-out from 12.00 hours to 18.00 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day
• Late check-out after 18.00 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day
• In the event of an early departure, the total amount of the confirmed entire stay shall be charged
• Cancellation policy : 1 night charge for cancellation made 72 hours prior to arrival
• Amendment policy : Any changes needed will be at the sole discretion of property subject to availability
• In the event of a no show, the total amount shall be charged according to cancellation terms of the reservation
• Extra person charge is THB 1000+++ per person per night inclusive of rollaway bed and breakfast
• Furry friends are most welcome with specific terms & conditions
• Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice
