Pet Policy

At Cassia we understand pets are part of the family, that’s why we have stitched together our no fuss pet policy for the best family getaway!

Responsibility of Pet Behavior. Please ensure that you’re able to response for the behavior of your pet during your stay. Additionally, your pet’s vaccinations are up-to-date and he or she is free of fleas or ticks and any other dermatological or measles disease. Cassia is also not liable for any injury suffered to my pet while on hotel premises.

  • At this stage we only accept cats and dogs – any other pets need advanced approval from our bosses!
  • Pets up to 10kg can stay in any room type, Pets over 10kg can stay in 2 bedroom and above only. However, we cap it at 20kg.
  • Additional Charge of THB 1,000 per night for pets is required. THB 2,000 will be required as the deposit upon check-in.
  • Pet Parents are responsible for any damage caused inside the suites. The hotel is authorized to charge your credit card for any damages incurred.
  • When walking around the hotel, pets should be on a leash. Pets are not allowed in PlayPlay area (Kid’s play room), Cassia’s Tattoo studio (Yak Thai Tattoo Studio) or allowed in the pools. There is a leash free dog park 1 minute walk from the hotel.
  • Our brekkie can be super busy, during this time we ask you not to bring your pets, all other times we are okay, just keep them on a leash and be mindful of other guests – naughty little ones, may be asked to leave.
  • They Poop, You Scoop, we will provide biodegradable bags and bins are around the property; please don’t use the kitchen.
  • We want everyone to enjoy their vacay, so please ensure your pet is well behaved and doesn’t disturb other guests.
  • Pets should be restrained or removed from the suites during Housekeeping.
  • Please use the door tag provided to alert us if your pets are unattended in the suite.
  • By bringing a pet in our facility you are agreeing to the hotel’s pet policies and to indemnify the hotel for any injuries, damage or loss of revenue to the hotel or a third party caused by your pet. As the pet’s owner/handler, you are responsible for any liability arising from your pet’s actions during your stay.
